It is well known that all areas of traffic, involving road traffic is an activity coupled with increased danger, it is a dangerous operation. Even the most precocious participants are unable to avoid accidents every time, to which they can be participants accidentally and innocently.

Who already has got by, knows how defenceless one can be when becoming an aggrieved person, especially if, in addition to the damage of the vehicle, suffering also a bodily injury.

However it is not an easy task nowadays in Hungary to validate the damages on the basis of the Governmental Decree on the compulsory third-party insurance and the property insurances.

We possess extremely large-scale experiences in compiling the damage claims of vehicle damages and bodily injuries suffered in inland and abroad, as well as other damage claims connected with them to be submitted against insurance companies, which serves as an assurance to our customers in enforcing their interests.

We undertake the professional compilation of damage claims based on individual contracts (all risk insurance, property insurance), and we also help enforcing it.

In case of accidents resulting in serious bodily injury we also help in clarifying the necessary legal ground for compensation – if required – by involving experts.

Our activity also comprises the forensic technical expert area on vehicles, designated by the Ministry of Justice.
Within that we undertake traffic evaluation of vehicles, motor vehicles, repairing calculations connected with accidents, as well as the wreckage evaluations for private individuals and companies.

In case of damage claim against insurance companies we act also in controlling the damage calculations and enforcing the appearing difference.

We provide expert certificate to credit institutions about the proper completion of repair, which is needed for taking the compensation amount.

Within the framework of labour safety activity we undertake the preparation and regular control of labour safety and fire protection regulations of private undertakings and companies, and – in case of a contract – the liaison with labour safety authorities, together with work safety training in accordance with the prescriptions.
